Alert: Official Vision Expo Show Daily
Dear Vision Expo East Exhibitor,
Thank you for your support of Vision Expo East in New York City. With Vision Expo quickly approaching, attendance is looking strong overall, and we are thrilled at the response to new experiential enhancements we're adding to ensure a very valuable week in New York. The Exhibit Hall will feature inspiring content and the new destination the BRIDGE—a luxury environment—will feature notable speakers, networking and socializing. Additionally, we are equally encouraged by the exhibitor participation this year and expect that this will be a dynamic and successful event for all.
As we communicated this past fall, when you have a successful event such as Vision Expo, it's only a matter of time before unaffiliated businesses try to benefit from it. While efforts have been made to stop these unaffiliated businesses, it has come to our attention that some of you continue to be approached by an unauthorized third party trying to sell ad space in what is being misrepresented as a Show Daily.
The Vision Expo Show Daily publication is the only official Show publication at Vision Expo. The Show Daily is produced in partnership with Jobson Medical Information, publishers of 20/20 & VisionMonday. Jobson sales representatives are the only people authorized to sell advertising and sponsorships in the Show Daily. Throughout the Show, the Show Daily provides extensive live coverage of Show news, events, product launches, education highlights and more.
The Vision Expo East editions of the Show Daily close date for advertising commitments is on Feb. 28, 2019. All advertising materials are due to Jobson by March 7, 2019, and can be sent directly to Mario Iannotta at firstname.lastname@example.org.
